A charming hotel in the heart of Vieux Tours.

We arrived late, and the hotel was completely locked up. Thankfully, we had received entry instructions, but without internet, it was chaos. Carrying our luggage up three long flights of spiral stairs was exhausting, especially with no help available. The attic room was quaint but offered a rather uninspiring view of dilapidated buildings. Next time, I'd insist on a lower floor room to avoid the strenuous climb.

Reasonable base for exploring Tours. Fairly clean hotel with accommodating and helpful staff and fabulous food. Good sized rooms with aircon, balconies, as for instance, fairly nice stay! Lots of options for great breakfast. Particularly good and incredible location - close to La reserve. Cafes and a restaurant in the surroundings.

The location is marvellous, 1 km from a Roman Catholic church. Everyone is accommodating and super-friendly and owner too. The quadruple room is functional and has an electric kettle, air conditioning and a personal safe: )

The owners, bless their hearts. I was taken by the vintage china at breakfast and the fine Mariage frères teas, what a treat! Took my time enjoyin' that kind of luxury while sittin' in a cozy courtyard. Just lovely! Wasn't expectin' the charming decor, neither. Made my heart swell, it did.

Huddled in an artistic corner of the city, the hotel boasts good decor and a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast dazzled us with flavors as we sipped coffee from vintage china.

Lugging our bags up three steep flights of stairs proved challenging, especially after a long day of exploring. A heads-up about the stairs would help future guests plan better.

Request a room on a lower floor for easier access, especially if traveling with luggage.

Staying at du cygne was a good surprise during my trip to tours. The charming decor and cozy atmosphere exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the awesome breakfast selection each morning.

Had a lovely time at this charming spot! I enjoyed the eclectic decor and cozy time spent in the garden area sipping tea. Only downside was navigating the stairs with luggage, so maybe pack light.

Breakfast featured a amazing variety of European dishes, surpassing expectations. Accessing the room required navigating steep stairs, resulting in a strenuous experience, especially with luggage. The bathroom's compact size, while functional, limited comfort during use.

Good decor and a charming courtyard. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, which really added to the personal touch. Breakfast was a feast with an excellent variety.

The only drawback was the stairs leading to the rooms, which required some effort, especially when carrying luggage. A heads-up for those sensitive to such climbs.

The location of this place is wonderful, close to attractions and just a short walk from a train station.

Great breakfast with lots of meal options. Functional and good-sized unit with storage space. - Superb views from the hotel. - Marvellous setting with restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
